Here are a series of tips / tricks from Unturned for PC and that will certainly make the game much easier. As always from Trucoteca we recommend that you try to play without using them to get the most out of the playable experience, although you may be very helpful to obtain certain Trophies. Be as it is and as always ... you choose.
Get unlimited resources:
If you want to get weapons like the Timberwolf, backpacks, special food rations, etc., you have to go to the Military Base area or to the Helicopter area. In these areas is where more resources of this type will appear. We recommend you bring a bed, just in case.
First you have to go to one of these sites that we have mentioned, then look for all the resources there are. And finally press the ESC button and Disconect to exit the game. Then re-enter Unturned again and you will appear in the same place, but all the zombies and resources will have regenerated.
