How to manage your Energy
To be able to attack monsters, you must have Energy available. This will be reloaded as time goes by and the amount needed for each monster depends on your difficulty. There are ways to lower that amount and increase your available Energy. The most important thing is to build a gym so that you have access to the specific skills that will help you in this management.
