The Sinnoh Stone is a GO Pokémon item that will help you evolve powerful creatures. You will need them specifically to get some of the latest Gen 4 Pokémon, so they are essential to your progress in the game. But Sinnoh Stones are not like the other special items and are actually rarer to pick up. Check out our guide to learn how to get this elusive item and which Pokémon to evolve with it!
How to get the Sinnoh Stones
If you are looking for these stones in PokéParadas or the Store, you can give up as there are only two ways to get them in the game.- The easiest way is to complete Research 7th stage to earn as a reward. As you do so, go to the search menu and check whether or not you won the Stone as a reward. Not guaranteed, but chances are high.
- The other way to get Sinnoh Stones is by entering PvP Trainer Battles . The odds are lower here, but at least the possibility of winning the item is not restricted to wins. So if you have free time you can try to win Stones in battle without worrying especially about losing.
How to Evolve Creatures Using Sinnoh Stones
Once you get your Sinnoh Stone, choose which Pokémon you want to evolve first. Since the item is rare and you need at least 11 weeks to get enough Stones for all evolutions, you need to think about the benefits of each Pokémon. When choosing which one to invest in first, select the creature you wish to evolve and use your Stone plus 100 Sweets.
